During the Games there may be some disruption to your delivery. We will be working with our courier to ensure the timely delivery of all orders; however some delivery routes will be affected from 27th June until 9th September 2012. If your parcel is being delivered to one of the London postcodes listed below you may experience a delay in receiving your order. Our standard delivery service from 25th July to 9th August will be extended to delivery within 7 working days. During this period we be offering an Express Delivery service; however we cannot guarantee a Next Day service in the affected areas.
During the Games there will also be other areas throughout the country surrounding official Games venues that will become Lockdown Areas; during these periods general traffic will not have access to these areas
Orders being delivered to the Postcodes within Lockdown areas of the games will not be delivered by our usual courier and will experience a significant delay between the dates as listed below.
