FREE RETURNS FOR ALL FULL PRICE UK ORDERS

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, if however you wish to return your order for an exchange or refund simply use the free returns label provided with your order and post back to us within 14 days.

Please complete and enclose the Returns Form supplied with your delivery.

The free returns service is only provided on Full Price orders. Any orders placed during the sale period can be returned to us within 14 days for an exchange or refund, however you will need to pay for postage on these returns.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (statutory rights not affected). When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.

During our sale period please allow 7 to 10 days for all returns to be processed once received in the warehouse.

Anything purchased from 1st November 2012, can be returned to us for a full refund until 14th January 2013.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Returns from customer outside the UK will be responsible for shipping costs. Please complete the return form and include in your return package.

Please note: We can't be held responsible for overseas items that fail to reach their destination, therefore overseas customers may wish to send their parcel via a registered trackable service.
